General Manager – Fine Dining – Dubai (30-35k AED)

About the role

We are partnering with leading hospitality groups in Dubai to find an experienced General Manager for a busy fine‑dining venue. The role oversees both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations, covering service, kitchen, and staff management.
• Own the profit and loss statement, driving revenue growth while controlling costs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance in a fast‑paced environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop a multicultural team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Implement operational policies, health & safety standards, and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• European nationality, as preferred by the client.
• 2‑5 years of general management experience in fine‑dining or upscale restaurant settings.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering profitable results.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume venues with demanding clientele.
