About the role
A leading MENA company operating in pharmaceutical, medical equipment, aesthetic medicine, and cosmetics seeks an experienced General Manager to head its Dubai operations. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Dubai business including teams, budgets, and KPIs.
- Develop and execute commercial, sales, and business development strategies to expand market share.
- Oversee operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Required profile
- Senior management or General Manager experience in healthcare, medical, aesthetic, pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in the MENA market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and strategic decision‑making abilities.
Required skills
- Commercial sales expertise.
- Business development experience.
