Innovate Living is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of its flagship Luxury Hotel & Residences in Dubai. The role demands a strategic leader who can ensure exceptional guest and resident experiences while maintaining the brand’s high standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel and residence operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Maintain and elevate luxury service standards across all touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of hospitality professionals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and decision‑making abilities in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Extensive experience in hotel or residential property management, including guest services and facilities management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
• Proactive problem‑solver with critical‑thinking capabilities.
• Knowledge of the UAE hospitality market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
