General Manager – Mineral Water Production

About the role

Our client, a growing mineral water producer in Dubai, is looking for an accomplished General Manager to build and scale the business from the ground up. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational responsibility across manufacturing, sales, finance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the mineral water production business.
• Establish, develop and scale all business functions including operations, manufacturing, sales, business development, HR, finance, procurement and cost management.
• Design and implement short‑term and long‑term strategies to drive growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, control costs and ensure product quality.
• Lead business development activities, identify new markets, customers and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and cost reduction initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within established mineral water or beverage brands in the region.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
• Ability to operate independently in a start‑up environment and build processes and teams from scratch.
• Experience managing cross‑functional functions such as manufacturing, sales, finance and procurement.
