General Manager – Multiple Hotel Properties in GCC

About the role

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Hotel General Managers to lead multiple hotel properties across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar. The role involves overseeing overall operations, driving financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor financial and operational plans aligned with hotel and division objectives, including annual budgets and capital improvement recommendations.
• Oversee delivery of superior guest services, manage complaints, and maintain product quality and service standards.
• Establish preventative maintenance programs to protect hotel assets and ensure safety.
• Create and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to maximize revenue, RevPAR, and occupancy.
• Optimize banquet/outlet space usage and manage additional revenue streams such as IT and rentals.
• Collaborate with regional corporate office to ensure productivity across all hotel areas.
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Drive colleague development initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and provide mentorship.
• Maintain security functions and ensure a safe environment for guests, staff, and assets.
• Lead human resources functions, including training, compensation, and compliance with local labor regulations.
