General Practitioner (ER) – Emergency Department

About the role

We are looking for a qualified General Practitioner to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will provide immediate, high‑quality care to patients presenting with urgent medical conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in the Emergency Department.
• Deliver prompt emergency medical care and stabilize critically ill patients.
• Perform emergency procedures within the scope of a General Practitioner.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with specialist teams.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with DOH regulations and hospital policies.

Required profile

• Valid Department of Health (DOH) license as a General Practitioner (mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Emergency Room within a hospital setting.
• Arabic‑speaking candidates are preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS certification is an advantage.
• Excellent clinical assessment, emergency management, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and join immediately.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (advantage).
