About the role
The General Spa Therapist (PFH) will deliver exceptional spa experiences to guests, ensuring each treatment meets the highest standards of quality and service throughout the guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of spa treatments to guests while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Ensure all operational tasks are performed in line with established procedures and brand standards.
- Proactively address guest concerns, prevent complaints and provide effective service recovery when needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to coordinate seamless guest experiences.
- Represent the brand positively from welcome to farewell, turning guests into loyal fans.
Required profile
- Recognized qualification in Spa Therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- Service‑oriented personality with high emotional intelligence.
