General Technician (MEP Multi-Technician)

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for a General Technician (MEP Multi-Technician) to join its Maintenance department in Dubai. The technician keeps company-managed rental properties and offices in good condition and handles a wide range of maintenance tasks such as MEP, HVAC, painting and landscaping.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and replacements, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air conditioning work.
• Complete basic maintenance work orders and report what was done, time spent, parts used and next steps.
• Keep tools, vehicles and properties clean, organised and safe, and maintain an inventory log of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare properties for occupancy and write inspection reports when required.
• Attend emergencies on short notice, including on Fridays or at night, and provide temporary solutions such as fixing water leaks.
• Perform other maintenance or property management tasks asked by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks at once.
• Willingness to travel between properties and respond to urgent requests.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence (mandatory).

Required skills

• Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Basic carpentry and painting techniques.
• Conversational English, reading and writing.
