About the role
An international branded resort on The Palm in Dubai is looking for a friendly and professional German-speaking Front Desk Agent. The position offers a basic salary of AED 2,250 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Handle guest enquiries and provide helpful information
- Answer calls and coordinate with other hotel departments
- Deliver professional, attentive guest service
Required profile
- German, Spanish, Chinese or French speaking is an advantage
- Previous hotel or front office experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts
