Global Compliance & Reporting Consultant – Dubai

About the role

EY is looking for a Consultant to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Dubai. The role involves leading complex tax engagements, managing client compliance and reporting, and contributing to the growth of the GCR practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of tax compliance and reporting services.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes, identify risks, and implement performance‑improvement solutions.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering a positive learning culture.
• Maintain high‑quality service delivery in line with EY’s Tax Quality guidelines.
• Build and strengthen internal and external relationships with multinational clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting and tax auditing, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial and project‑management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across borders in a multicultural environment.
