Global Go-To-Market Design Manager

About the role

The Global Go-To-Market Design Manager will lead the implementation of visual merchandising strategies worldwide, translating global campaign concepts into compelling in‑store experiences. Based at the company’s headquarters in Dubai, the role focuses on process structuring, quality control, and ensuring brand consistency across all retail formats.

Key responsibilities

• Implement global Visual Merchandising principles across counters, boutiques, pop‑ups and other POS formats.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to design local retail activations such as outposts, gondolas, tables and window displays.
• Partner with Regional Trade teams to oversee production, validate samples and ensure materials meet brand standards.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver POSM production to market warehouses on schedule.
• Anticipate sample development, manage local sourcing and material validation for all markets.
• Maintain and elevate high standards of retail presentation globally to reinforce the brand image.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and Retail Animation, preferably in the luxury beauty or fragrance sector.
• Master’s degree in Architecture, Scenography or a related field.
• Proven portfolio of retail animations and experience managing global or regional visual and trade merchandising strategies.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Highly organized, creative, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
