Global Mobility & Visa Coordination Specialist

About the role

The Global Mobility & Visa Coordination Specialist manages end‑to‑end employee visa, work permit and residence permit processes to enable timely onboarding and resource mobilization across multiple countries. The role ensures compliance with diverse immigration regulations while supporting project and business needs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all employee visas, work permits, residence permits and related immigration documentation.
• Work closely with Public Relations Officers (PROs) and line managers to meet immigration compliance and project timelines.
• Maintain compliance with country‑specific immigration laws, mitigating operational and legal risks.
• Provide guidance on visa categories, eligibility, timelines and documentation requirements.
• Monitor visa validity, renewals, extensions and re‑entry requirements.
• Plan and track global resource mobilization, ensuring visa requirements are completed before deployment.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, VFS centers and government authorities for submissions, appointments and approvals.
• Coordinate medical tests, police clearances and other supporting documents with external agencies in employees’ home countries.
• Initiate and manage travel logistics—including flight bookings, accommodation and transportation—aligned with visa validity.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of global visa laws and immigration regulations.
• Hands‑on experience working with embassies, VFS centers and external immigration agencies.
• Ability to coordinate with PROs, line managers, P&C and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail for compliance, tracking and documentation.
• Experience in managing travel and logistics for international assignments.
