Global Program Engineer Manager - Data Centers

About the role

Eaton's Global Data Center segment helps data centers become more high-performing, sustainable and cost-effective while keeping resilience and security intact. This role is the global post-order center of excellence operational lead for assigned MTDC strategic accounts, acting as the main operations interface between Eaton and its customers after contract award. The position is based in Dubai, which is described as the hub of Eaton's Middle East operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution models and customer experience worldwide, aligning commercial commitments with execution capabilities across regions
• Drive adoption of standardized global execution models, operating rhythms and governance frameworks; lead cross-regional reviews on schedule, quality, risk, cost and customer satisfaction
• Set up performance visibility through dashboards, metrics and structured reporting
• Proactively identify delivery, capacity, quality and schedule risks and lead mitigation plans and escalations with regional and functional leaders
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Services and regional delivery teams in a matrixed environment
• Support alignment between Global Account Management, regional sales teams and post-order execution
• Champion continuous improvement, capture lessons learned and support digitalization and process maturity initiatives aligned with Eaton Business System (EBS)

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business or a related field from an accredited institution
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in operations, strategic accounts, program management or complex project execution
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, power systems or large-scale capital projects
• Experience working across EMEA, with exposure to Americas and APAC operations

Required skills

• Familiarity with global framework agreements, long-cycle projects and multi-region execution models
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or structured continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with agile, hybrid or ProLaunch-style methodologies
