Global Talent Acquisition Lead – Client Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Talent Acquisition professional to lead global hiring for our Client Service Business Unit. As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert, you will act as a strategic hiring advisor to business leaders across multiple regions, shaping workforce planning and talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global talent acquisition strategy for the Client Service BU and partner with senior leaders on workforce planning.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for functions such as Customer Service, Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, Workforce Management, Knowledge Management and leadership roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build sustainable talent pipelines for immediate and long‑term hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence, influence hiring decisions and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or client‑service environment.
• Commercially minded with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders and advise on talent strategy.
• Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills.
