GMD Structurer (VIE) - Dubai

About the role

Crédit Agricole CIB, the investment and financing bank of the Crédit Agricole group, is hiring a GMD Structurer for its Dubai office, within the Global Markets Division - Structuring team. This is a 12-month VIE contract starting on 1 January 2027, reporting to management on an ad-hoc basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design tailored financial solutions for clients, working closely with sales, trading and risk management teams
• Contribute to new product development by monitoring market trends and regulatory changes
• Support and train sales teams on products and pricing tools
• Report regularly to management and contribute to cross-functional projects
• Monitor and report on business performance, including NBI and commercial performance locally and sensitive files
• Adhere to bank policies, seek validation from Trading/CPL/LGL on transactions with a risk position, and consider compliance and reputational risks
• Comply with legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, report fraud or financial crime risk to the compliance officer, and keep required certifications

Required profile

• Under 28 years old
• Postgraduate Master's degree
• EU citizen
• Resume and cover letter in English

Required skills

• Structuring skills: pricing, writing trade sheets, product design and execution
• Good understanding of financial instruments
• Mathematically minded
• Fluent in Bloomberg, MS Office, Reuters, VBA and coding
• Very good English
