Golf Operations Attendant

About the role

Discovery Dunes Golf Club is looking for a Golf Operations Attendant who is passionate about golf and delivering exceptional service to members and guests. You will help ensure smooth operations of the club’s facilities and create memorable experiences for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests on arrival and departure, providing service throughout the round.
• Stock, clean and stage golf carts with beverages, towels and amenities, and ensure they are ready for use.
• Provide valet service for luxury cars and maintain cart cleanliness.
• Clean and count player clubs before and after each round.
• Set up and break down range equipment daily, and perform closing duties such as washing balls and restocking buckets.
• Potentially provide caddie services if qualified and attend department meetings and trainings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in a golf or hospitality setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in all weather conditions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
