Google Ads Expert

About the role

M&M General Contracting & Transport is looking for an experienced, results-driven Google Ads Expert to manage and optimise its online advertising campaigns. The role covers creating, monitoring and improving campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads and increase conversions, working closely with the marketing team to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video and Shopping)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to find growth opportunities
• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, targeting and ad creatives
• Write engaging, high-converting ad copy
• Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rate
• Track and report performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Stay up to date with Google Ads trends and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on coordinated ad strategies

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist / PPC Expert
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Preferred: Google Ads certification, experience running ads for service-based or cleaning companies, knowledge of SEO and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, familiarity with UAE digital marketing trends

• A/B testing, keyword optimisation and campaign scaling
