Government Relations Officer

About the role

The Government Relations Officer bridges the gap between our industrial production company and government entities across the UAE. You will ensure compliance with local laws, foster strong relationships with officials, and support strategic initiatives that align with national objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and agencies to represent the organization’s interests.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting the industrial sector and provide timely updates to senior management.
• Prepare and submit documentation for permits, licenses, and approvals to ensure compliance.
• Organise and participate in meetings, conferences, and events with government representatives.
• Advocate for the organization’s positions on industry issues, working with trade associations and stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis on government policies to advise senior leadership.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and cross‑functional teams to align operations with regulatory requirements.

Required profile
