About the role
WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Building Enclosures Digital team in the UAE. This role blends architecture, BIM, computational design and emerging digital technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of BIM and digital delivery workflows.
- Contribute to computational design using Rhino and Grasshopper.
- Assist in automating design, analysis, coordination and documentation processes.
- Participate in digital innovation initiatives, including AI applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to improve digital delivery.
- Help develop internal digital tools, templates, standards and reusable workflows.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture or related built‑environment discipline.
- Good understanding of Revit and BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset with curiosity for new technologies.
