Graduate Authority Liaison Engineer

About the role

We are seeking curious and organised UAE nationals to join our Authority Liaison and NOC team. As a Graduate Authority Liaison Engineer you will support the preparation and tracking of NOC and building permit submissions, learning how major infrastructure projects move from design to regulatory approval.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in preparing NOC and building permit submissions and maintain the approvals tracking database.
• Attend authority meetings, site visits and inspections to gain hands‑on understanding of local processes.
• Review design drawings against UAE codes, research regulatory updates and help respond to authority comments.
• Build relationships with project teams, clients and authority contacts, and communicate requirements clearly.
• Prepare status reports, track deadlines and suggest process‑improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; recent graduates and final‑year students welcome.
• UAE national with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
• 0–2 years of experience; internships or university projects in design, construction or consultancy are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, learning attitude.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Revit, 3D modelling or Photoshop is an advantage.
