About the role
WSP in the Middle East is looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to support the design of innovative and sustainable bridges and tunnels across the region. This position offers exposure to challenging projects and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out discipline designs to required standards and quality.
- Review designs to ensure compliance with standards and support project submittals and NOC processes.
- Stay updated on technical developments and ensure health & safety is embedded in all work practices.
- Provide regular work status updates and contribute to team and project meetings.
Required profile
- UAE national with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in bridges and tunnels design projects.
- Willingness to work on‑site and travel to project locations as required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Experience with structural/bridge design tools.
