About the role
Agthia Group, a publicly listed food and beverage company founded in Abu Dhabi in 1978, offers a one-year Procurement Graduate Development Programme for ambitious UAE national graduates. It is an immersive, 12-month journey built around real business exposure, procurement projects and hands-on learning.
Key responsibilities
- Complete rotational assignments across key procurement functions, including indirect procurement and direct procurement.
- Work on innovation, product development and business transformation initiatives.
- Take part in innovation workshops and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
- Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced Innovation and R&D leaders.
