About the role
Penspen is seeking fresh engineering graduates to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role offers a structured training programme that introduces you to core engineering concepts, international standards and the full design lifecycle. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to the engineering team on various projects.
- Learn and apply basic engineering principles and processes.
- Familiarise yourself with international codes, standards and engineering practices.
- Participate in design activities from concept through to detailed design.
- Prepare non‑critical engineering design documents.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
- Strong learning mindset and willingness to work in a multicultural team.
- Basic understanding of engineering processes.
