About the role
Penspen, an energy services company founded in 1954 and now with offices in London, Mexico, Colombia, Houston and Abu Dhabi, is recruiting fresh engineering graduates from Process, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical disciplines to be based in Abu Dhabi. This is a discipline engineering role supporting the engineering team on projects and within the business, as part of its initiative to strengthen the UAE's national talent pool.
Training during the role
- Learn the basics of engineering
- Familiarise yourself with international codes, standards and engineering practices
- Learn all aspects of design, from concept to detailed design
- Learn to prepare non-critical engineering design documents
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with specialisation in a relevant discipline
- Learning mindset and willingness to work in a multi-cultural team
- Knowledge of basic engineering processes
The position is a full-time fixed-term contract in Abu Dhabi, closing on 31 December 2026.
