Graduate HR Trainee – Emiratisation Focus (UAE Nationals)

About the role

This role supports the organization’s Emiratisation goals by ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, and development of UAE National employees. Managing applicant databases, coordinating interviews, facilitating onboarding, and tracking training help attract, integrate, and retain top local talent, contributing to the company’s long‑term talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving Emiratisation hiring targets.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for UAE National candidates.
• Maintain and update the database of UAE National applicants.
• Assist with onboarding formalities, documentation, and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of UAE Nationals.
• Track mandatory and developmental training completion and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
