Graduate Operations & Marketing Associate (AI / Digital Assets)

About the role

BlockDelta is looking for a recent graduate to join its Operations & Marketing team. The role offers hands‑on exposure to day‑to‑day business activities across recruitment, events, partnerships and digital‑asset technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations and administration, maintain databases, update the ATS and prepare internal reports.
• Research companies, market trends and emerging technology sectors to inform business development.
• Assist with recruitment, event planning and partnership initiatives across multiple regions.
• Plan, schedule and publish content on BlockDelta’s social media channels and create marketing materials.
• Monitor social‑media activity, analyse performance metrics and contribute to community engagement.

Required profile

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Economics or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to manage several priorities independently.
• Interest in technology, startups, digital assets, AI or emerging industries is a plus.
