About the role
The National Graduate Trainee Program offers an 18‑month training pathway for UAE nationals, preparing them for first‑line supervisory positions. Graduates receive on‑the‑job training, technical development and leadership coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a one‑month departmental familiarisation to understand functions and responsibilities.
- Undertake on‑the‑job training aligned with the target supervisory role for the remaining period.
- Participate in technical skills development and management competency programmes.
Required profile
- UAE national holding a family book.
- Maximum 2‑3 years experience; fresh graduates preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics).
