Graphic Design Officer

About the role

The Graphic Design Officer will create and deliver visual assets for both digital and printed channels, supporting the institution’s communication needs and campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all designs follow the approved corporate identity and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Design daily materials such as social media posts, banners, printed collateral, presentations and invitations.
• Prepare files for printing or digital publishing, adhering to size and technical specifications.
• Apply Abu Dhabi Customs’ visual identity and the approved government identity across all outputs.
• Support institutional campaigns by producing visual support material.
• Create social media graphics and digital banners using approved templates.
• Make technical design amendments based on supervisor feedback.
• Assist in developing infographics and illustrations to simplify information.
• Organise and archive design files, templates and final versions in a structured manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet delivery deadlines.

Required skills

• Graphic design fundamentals.
• Knowledge of preparing print‑ready and digital files.
• Ability to work with corporate brand guidelines.
