Graphic Designer – AI‑Powered Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who blends traditional design expertise with AI‑powered tools to produce premium visual assets. Based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Management to bring brand visions to life across digital, print, packaging and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI‑driven design platforms to accelerate ideation, generate concepts and automate workflows while preserving brand integrity.
• Create high‑quality assets for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, catalogs, presentations and promotional materials.
• Design product packaging, labels, POS materials and retail collateral that align with luxury brand guidelines.
• Develop visual campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, training and sales presentations.
• Produce AI‑assisted mood boards, mockups and campaign creatives using industry‑leading AI tools.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork for both digital and print, adhering to technical specifications.
• Edit and retouch product photography, lifestyle imagery and marketing visuals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative tools and prompt engineering.
• Background in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury or premium consumer products.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time‑management abilities.
