Graphic Designer – AI‑Powered Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who combines traditional design expertise with AI‑powered creative tools. Based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, you will produce premium visual assets for digital, print, packaging, and marketing while driving innovation through artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI‑powered design platforms to generate concepts, automate workflows, and boost efficiency while preserving brand integrity.
• Create high‑quality assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, brochures, catalogs, presentations and promotional materials.
• Design premium packaging, labels, product inserts, POS materials and retail collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop visual campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, training materials and sales presentations.
• Maintain consistent, premium visual identity across all brand communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Management to translate business goals into compelling designs.
• Produce AI‑assisted mood boards, mockups and campaign creatives using industry‑leading AI tools.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork for digital and print, adhering to technical specifications.
• Edit, retouch and enhance product photography, lifestyle imagery and marketing visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative tools and prompt engineering.
• Background in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury or premium consumer products.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating social media content and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time‑management skills.
