Graphic Designer – Brand, Performance and Packaging

About the role

Furchild is looking for a Graphic Designer who leads the visual execution of its identity across digital, print and physical environments. The role balances creative excellence with business goals, turning briefs that include technical nutrition and ingredient content into clear, warm and polished creatives. It also maintains and evolves a scalable design system, modular templates (Adobe and Canva) and brand guidelines so the social and marketing teams can produce on-brand work quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Performance and social creative: design assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, producing multiple variations of each ad concept and using results to refine future campaigns; cover the full journey from first-touch ads and onboarding quiz to landing pages and follow-up that turns a first purchase into a subscription
• Social content: work with the Social Media team on the monthly calendar, including Reel covers, carousels, Stories and simple motion graphics, staying up to date with platform best practices and trends
• Packaging, retail and print: lead packaging from concept to print-ready production for raw meals, freeze-dried treats, supplements, toppers and grooming, meeting UAE labelling and food-safety requirements; design freezer graphics, shelf strips, wobblers, in-store displays, pop-up booths and event material; design delivery-box inserts and feeding guides
• Web and e-commerce visuals: support mobile-first landing pages, homepage banners, collection visuals, product imagery and navigation, keeping imagery consistent across 70+ products and variants, working with in-house developers
• CRM and food adviser support: design email, WhatsApp and SMS creatives across the customer lifecycle, and create sales collateral such as product sheets, transition guides and comparison visuals
• Collaboration and direction: brief and work with photographers, videographers, printers, freelancers and vendors, and support occasional internal requests such as hiring material, event graphics and presentations
• Trend awareness: track competitor visuals, global pet-brand creative and cultural aesthetics in the UAE, and recommend new formats, styles and storytelling approaches

Required profile

• 4-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in D2C, FMCG, food or a creative agency
• A portfolio showing brand work (packaging, print, identity) and performance or social creative
• Experience with packaging and print production, including working with printers and preparing print-ready files
• Comfortable using ad performance data to inform creative decisions
• Organised and fast, able to manage many requests at once without dropping quality
• A genuine love of animals and an eye for making a dog or cat look its best

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut for short-form video
• Figma is a plus
