Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Communications

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual communication materials that support our strategic objectives, public awareness campaigns and branding needs. The role will work across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with our corporate identity while effectively conveying municipal services, transportation projects and community programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for digital, print and multimedia channels, including brochures, reports, newsletters, presentations, infographics, banners, signage and promotional items.
• Maintain and apply corporate branding guidelines across all communication materials, supporting the evolution of the visual identity.
• Create graphics for websites, social media, mobile apps and digital campaigns, including motion graphics and interactive content where required.
• Collaborate with communication, marketing, planning, engineering and project teams to develop visual support for transportation, infrastructure and municipal service campaigns.
• Translate technical information into clear, engaging visual formats and assist in developing campaign concepts and creative strategies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors, printers and agencies to ensure design deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design for both digital and print media.
• Strong understanding of corporate branding and ability to maintain visual consistency.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
