Graphic Designer – Fine Fragrance Division

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join IFF’s Fine Fragrance division, working from either Dubai or Singapore. You will act as a creative lead, turning fragrance concepts into compelling visual experiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create mood boards, key visuals, storyboards, videos, motion graphics, ads, social content and in‑store displays.
• Design packaging mock‑ups and label graphics for fragrance products.
• Produce visually appealing presentations and collateral to support customer interactions.
• Source, design and produce promotional materials and gifts.
• Develop creative experiences for customer innovation days.
• Research and report on the latest design trends, colors, packaging and campaign ideas.
• Support marketing projects across brands, categories and trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in beauty, luxury or fragrance.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work for premium brands.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Keen eye for detail with a solid understanding of design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Video editing tools – Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Proficiency in creating packaging mock‑ups and label graphics.
• Ability to produce motion graphics and visual assets.
