Graphic Designer Intern

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is seeking a Graphic Designer Intern to join its Public Relations & Marketing team. You will support the creation and execution of visual concepts for the hotel’s marketing and communication initiatives, working closely with multiple departments in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop master visual concepts aligned with internal briefs and campaign objectives.
• Fulfil general design requests, art‑working, and day‑to‑day design needs.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and provide graphic design support to various hotel departments.
• Design and produce marketing materials such as collateral, advertisements, brochures, signage, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and provide continuous status updates.
• Adhere to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s brand guidelines in all design work.
• Maintain and implement corporate BCM manuals.
• Supervise production of internal and external collaterals to brand standards.
• Source and maintain a list of reliable suppliers; manage relationships with external printers and suppliers for quality control.
• Coordinate display and removal of promotional materials within hotel premises.
• Update and maintain databases of designs, photography, and video assets.
• Assist departments in implementing campaigns according to the marketing plan.
• Maintain inventory and ordering of collaterals and design kits.
• Support photo or video shoots for various departments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to trade, media, and internal requests.
