Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join REcruit’s Dubai office. The role focuses on producing visual assets that support the company’s brand and marketing initiatives across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and create graphics for social media, presentations, promotional campaigns and print collateral.
• Design logos, brand elements and maintain visual consistency across all communication touch‑points.
• Select and apply typography and layout principles to ensure clarity and impact.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and marketing teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions.
• Manage design files, prepare artwork for production and ensure files meet technical specifications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends relevant to the real‑estate and recruitment sectors.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with a solid portfolio of digital and print work.
• Experience in logo design, branding and typography.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field; experience in recruitment, real‑estate or corporate branding is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Design for social media and web platforms.
