Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer at AlphaMind Group will create visually appealing designs that enhance brand image across menus, promotional materials, social media, and event collateral. This role works closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure visual consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality graphics for menus, flyers, posters, brochures, and advertisements.
• Design engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
• Develop visual assets for events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, restaurant managers, and chefs to produce authentic visual representations.
• Prepare and optimise designs for print and digital production, coordinating with vendors.
• Manage design files and assets for easy retrieval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality or food industry.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of AI‑based design tools.
• Understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
