Graphic Designer - Marketing & Business Development

About the role

ICON is looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience and excellent Adobe InDesign skills to support its marketing and business development teams. You will turn project information, technical content and ideas into engaging brochures, presentations and well-designed reports. The role is full-time, five days a week, based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Design company profiles, client brochures, project portfolios, project sheets and other business development materials.
• Prepare bid submissions, proposals and tender documents.
• Create and format reports, proposals and multi-page documents in Adobe InDesign.
• Produce presentations, infographics and visual summaries.
• Support the website with project pages, case studies, visual assets and digital content.
• Help apply and evolve the brand across marketing, business development and project communications.
• Develop marketing collateral for print, digital channels, social media, events and client engagement.
• Work with Marketing, Business Development and Design teams to turn technical content into clear, engaging communications.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, graphic production and marketing workflows.
• Maintain templates, brand assets and visual standards, prepare final artwork for print and digital, and manage several assignments to deadline.

Required profile

• Approximately 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio showing creativity, typography and multi-page layout skills.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to create professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and confidence with technical content; able to work independently and respond constructively to feedback.
• Experience in landscape, architecture and engineering services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent Adobe InDesign, including paragraph and character styles, parent pages, tables and long documents.
• Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
