Graphic Designer (Performance Marketing & Content)

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and execution‑focused Graphic Designer who specializes in high‑converting marketing creatives across ads, emails, blogs, and digital campaigns. The role works closely with marketing, content, and growth teams to produce designs that look great and drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google Display, YouTube, X/Twitter, affiliate and influencer campaigns.
• Create static, carousel, and motion‑based ad assets using direct‑response design principles.
• Develop visually engaging email campaigns, ensuring mobile responsiveness and alignment with CRM workflows.
• Produce blog banners, article visuals, infographics, and other content assets that simplify complex ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh, internet‑native visual styles.
• Edit short‑form videos, reels, and motion graphics, adding transitions, subtitles, and sound design as needed.
• Deliver high‑quality creatives under tight timelines, adapting quickly to feedback and urgent requests.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, CRM, content, and social media teams, managing design systems and asset libraries.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of modern internet aesthetics and performance‑marketing psychology.
• Ability to produce clean, premium layouts that prioritize conversion.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with rapid campaign cycles.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
