Graphic Designer – Proposals & Pitch Decks

About the role

New Media Academy is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging, on‑brand visuals for client‑facing proposals, pitch decks, and a variety of digital and print media. You will own the full design process, from brief analysis to final delivery, under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Study design briefs, define requirements, and schedule projects within budget constraints.
• Conceptualise and produce illustrations, logos, layouts, photo treatments, and infographics.
• Design polished client proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and reusable templates that are on‑brand and persuasive.
• Translate copy, data, and product offerings into clear visual hierarchies.
• Test graphics across screen, print, and presentation formats and amend designs based on feedback.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio that includes illustration and proposal or presentation design.
• Excellent eye for aesthetics, detail, and ability to make dense information feel clean.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with copywriters, sales, and creative leadership.
