Graphic Designer – Real Estate Branding

About the role

Crystal, a Dubai‑based real estate developer, is looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer to join its creative team on‑site. You will be responsible for producing visual assets that support the company’s branding, marketing, and property‑related communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and visual assets for branding, marketing materials, digital campaigns, presentations and property collateral.
• Create logos, graphic elements and typography that align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital use.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and development teams to translate project requirements into compelling visuals.
• Maintain organized design libraries and manage feedback throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with a portfolio that demonstrates high‑quality visual work.
• Experience in logo design and brand identity development, preferably in real‑estate or architecture.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent practical experience.
