Graphic Designer – Retail Marketing & Visual Communications

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support retail marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and customer‑facing communications across digital and physical channels. You will work closely with Marketing, Retail, CRM, and external partners to deliver high‑quality visual assets that enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain brand consistency across stores, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Review retail creative executions and flag inconsistencies in logo usage, typography, colors, layouts, and messaging.
• Design and adapt campaign assets for print and digital channels, including signage, window graphics, promotional materials, and educational assets.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork with meticulous attention to production details.
• Create retail‑focused social media assets, Instagram grids, stories, and carousels.
• Stay updated on retail, design, and visual merchandising trends and propose fresh creative formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, following structured briefing and feedback processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating retail and campaign work.
