Graphic Designer – Social Media & Marketing (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and fast‑moving Graphic Designer to join our fintech and trading team in Dubai. The role focuses on producing modern digital visuals for social media, paid ads, branding and marketing campaigns, working closely with Marketing, Content and Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality creatives for social media, paid advertising, campaigns and brand assets.
• Create engaging visual content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Telegram.
• Produce banners, promotional graphics, landing page visuals, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Adapt quickly to emerging trends, viral formats and changing creative requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
• Manage multiple design tasks with fast turnaround times.
• Edit and optimise creatives for performance marketing and advertising.
• Support video thumbnails, motion‑graphics concepts and ad creatives when needed.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing modern digital and social‑media design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of social‑media content formats and paid‑advertising creatives.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight execution timelines.
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Figma
• Basic knowledge of Notion (optional)
