Graphic Designer – Social Media & Marketing (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and fast‑moving Graphic Designer to join our growing fintech and trading team in Dubai. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑performance environment, stays on top of modern digital design trends, and can produce engaging visual content for social media, advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality creatives for social media, paid ads, campaigns and branding.
• Create engaging visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram and other platforms.
• Produce banners, promotional graphics, landing‑page visuals, presentations and other marketing assets.
• Adapt quickly to new trends, viral formats and changing creative requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and leadership teams for campaign execution.
• Manage multiple design tasks with quick turnaround times.
• Edit and optimise creatives for performance marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Support video thumbnails, motion‑graphics concepts and ad creatives when required.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing modern digital and social‑media design work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet fast execution timelines.
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail and understanding of branding, typography and layout.
• Good communication, organisational skills and openness to feedback.
• Basic knowledge of Notion for task management is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience using Figma.
• Understanding of social‑media content formats and paid‑advertising creatives.
• Basic familiarity with Notion.
