Group Director People & Culture

About the role

The Group Director People & Culture will provide strategic leadership for the Group’s people agenda across multiple companies and markets, driving HR transformation and aligning talent strategy with business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group-wide People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead HR transformation, operating model design, and implementation of modern HR practices and technology.
• Oversee organisation design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and performance management.
• Define total rewards philosophy, ensure compensation competitiveness and manage workforce cost efficiency.
• Establish HR governance, compliance frameworks and risk management across all jurisdictions.

Required profile

• 15+ years progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles such as Group HR Director or CHRO.
• Proven track record in multinational, multi‑entity organisations driving HR transformation.
• Experience working directly with CEOs, boards and shareholders.
