Group Finance Director

About the role

We are partnering with a leading real‑estate developer in the UAE to find a Group Finance Director who will shape the financial strategy across multiple business units and subsidiaries. Reporting to the CEO and Board, you will act as the principal financial advisor and drive performance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the group’s overall financial strategy, planning and performance management.
• Oversee group‑wide budgeting, forecasting and consolidated financial reporting.
• Maintain strong governance, compliance and internal control frameworks in line with IFRS.
• Manage treasury activities, cash‑flow, banking relationships and funding structures.
• Support M&A, investment projects and strategic initiatives, including due‑diligence.
• Provide trusted financial counsel to the CEO, Board and senior leadership team.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance teams across all subsidiaries.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CA.
• Minimum 15 years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or holding‑company environment.
• Proven track record of working closely with Boards and senior stakeholders.
