Group Finance Manager

About the role

The Group Finance Manager will develop and execute financial strategies across multiple business entities of a leading Dubai‑based travel company. This senior position reports to senior leadership and supports sustainable growth through comprehensive financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, profitability analysis and capital allocation.
• Oversee all accounting functions, group consolidation, intercompany transactions, cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
• Lead and build a high‑performing finance team, establishing internal controls, policies and risk‑management frameworks.
• Drive ERP and financial systems improvements, automating workflows and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, CA) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi‑entity operations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and audit compliance.
