Group Head of Technology – Healthcare Industry

About the role

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, technology strategy, and AI adoption for a fast‑growing healthcare group in the Middle East. Reporting directly to senior executives, you will shape the future technology landscape and ensure it aligns with clinical and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation's technology and AI strategy.
• Lead EMR, ERP, integration and digital transformation programmes.
• Drive data, analytics and AI initiatives that support business and clinical goals.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, application landscape and system modernisation.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing technology team and key technology partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology investment and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven technology leadership experience within a healthcare provider environment.
• Strong background in EMR/HIS platforms, integrations and system migrations.
• Experience delivering large‑scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Understanding of healthcare informatics, interoperability and data strategy.
• Exposure to AI, automation or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Arabic language skills and GCC healthcare experience are a major plus.
