Group Human Resources Manager

About the role

INSEAB Group is looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Group HR Manager to lead the HR function across its multiple businesses in the UAE. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management to strengthen processes, develop talent and ensure consistent HR practices throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy, senior‑level hiring and workforce planning.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, payroll, employee records and policy administration.
• Identify capability gaps and deliver learning, leadership development and employee training programmes.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, performance issues and workplace concerns.
• Improve organisational structures, performance management and change initiatives.
• Review compensation, benefits and reward practices to support retention and cost efficiency.
• Assess existing HR practices, drive transformation and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation and other jurisdictional requirements.
• Enhance HR systems, reporting and analytics to support informed decisions.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years progressive HR experience, including senior HR management.
• Proven background in a multinational, diversified group or multi‑entity organisation.
• Hands‑on expertise across HR operations, payroll, talent acquisition, L&D, employee relations and organisational development.
• Track record of improving HR processes, implementing change and driving organisational effectiveness.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and people strategy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; advanced qualifications (MBA, CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
