Group Station Supervisor (UAE National)

About the role

KEOLIS is looking for a UAE National Group Station Supervisor in Dubai to lead a team of station staff and deliver a safe, reliable, world-class and customer-focused station environment and car park services. The post reports directly to the Passenger Services Manager and supports the Station Master in managing the customer-facing station team. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer service excellence in line with Keolis MHI standards, motivate frontline staff and ensure compliance with revenue procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare teams each day by checking appearance, grooming and briefing before shifts; supervise day-to-day operations and queue management.
• Manage cash and NOL products, handle ticket sales and train service information, and oversee cash collection, management and reconciliation.
• Plan and run internal test cases, support emergency and ad hoc situations, and deploy extra manpower during service disruptions and special events.
• Support the Passenger Services Manager in building stakeholder relationships and communicate efficiently internally and externally.
• Meet and greet customers, implement safety measures and procedures, and keep station and car park equipment in good working order.
• Improve performance against KPIs and surveys, and carry out corrective actions after customer feedback, inspections and audits.
• Assist the training department, conduct CMS assessments, run performance reviews for Station Masters and give periodic HSE and operational briefings.

Required profile

• Ideally a degree or higher diploma in a related discipline.
• At least 3 years supervising frontline staff in a metro station or equivalent.
• Must have 6 months of prior experience as a Station Master at Keolis MHI Dubai Metro.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of station operations, crew management, rostering and depot/OCC work.
• Good communication, literacy and numeracy, and strong IT skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
