About the role
Join noon’s fast‑growing on‑demand marketplace as a Growth Associate, supporting the Growth manager in aligning onsite and campaign calendars and driving data‑focused initiatives across the UAE and KSA.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Growth manager to develop and synchronize onsite strategies with campaign timelines.
- Assist in building, testing, and executing marketing campaigns, including data workflow and audience segmentation.
- Coordinate with design, content, and commercial teams to create and launch communications.
- Analyze campaign performance, produce regular uplift reports, and ensure data quality.
- Conduct quality checks on the application and customer journey to guarantee a seamless experience.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong collaboration skills.
- Team‑oriented attitude with willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver results.
- Organised, flexible and able to produce measurable outcomes.
